Episode 191: Why I’m Finally Saying ‘I’m Not Okay’—And Why You Should Too

What happens when you finally admit you’re not okay? In this episode, I share the raw truth about grief, loss, and the surprising freedom of embracing vulnerability.

In this episode, I reflect on a year filled with both joy and challenges. I share the excitement of my daughter's pregnancy announcement alongside the struggles of my husband's cancer diagnosis and the loss of my father.

Throughout this episode, For the first time, I allowed myself to fully grieve and embrace vulnerability, celebrating my father’s life while learning to navigate his absence. His signs from beyond have brought me unexpected comfort and reassurance.

Life is too short to settle, and I’m taking steps toward rediscovering my purpose, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.
